Exhibitor Events

Exhibitor Evenings

· Regular exhibitor evenings are held throughout the year, designed to guide Exhibitors through the planning process of creating the best possible exhibit. The dates and times for the Exhibitor Evenings are set out in the Key Dates section.

· Visitors to EIFS demand the highest quality exhibits that will be judged to international standards. EIFS staff will draw on their many years of experience to help advise exhibitors on how to achieve that end.

· A large component of these evenings is a question and answer session which provides an opportunity for open discussion. It is also an ideal opportunity to meet other exhibitors.

· It is strongly recommended that all exhibitors attend these evenings, which can make the difference between a successful or unsuccessful exhibit.

· An invitation detailing subjects that will be covered in the evenings will be sent out two to three weeks prior to the evening. It is important that you RSVP.

Exhibitor BBQ

· There will be a casual BBQ on site for all exhibitors in the site compound.

· Exhibitors are welcomed and encouraged to come along, meet fellow exhibitors and have a sausage and a beer with the EIFS Management team.

Premiere Garden Party

· The Premiere Garden Party will be held on Tuesday 6^th March from 4.30pm

· This Party is a fund raising opportunity for the EIFS ‘official charity’

· The garden party provides the opportunity to be among the first to see the gardens in their pristine state.

· Garden guests will be easily identifiableby their corsages, issued to them at the gate.

· Exhibitors must have their sites manned by a maximum of two staff for the entire period of the Garden Party.

· There will be a large national and international media contingent at the Garden Party.

Media Event

· A specific time period is provided to media when there is limited access to the site, providing good photographic and interview access to the exhibits and exhibitors.

· The time period of this event will take place at the times and dates set out in the Key Dates section. It is strongly recommended that you make yourselves available at this time.

· This provides an ideal opportunity to attract media to your exhibit by way of an official opening, celebrities visiting your exhibit etc. A timetable of such events will be produced and distributed to all media.
