‘burst!’ Festival of Flowers is an exciting, fun-filled celebration of everything floral, including displays, music, food, storytelling, photography, calligraphy, Ikebana, flax weaving, the New Zealand tree-climbing competition, and more!
There are loads of free activities, and opportunities to watch, learn and even get your hands dirty.
Most Festival activities are based in Cathedral and Victoria Squares, the Arts Centre and Cultural Precinct, but there are also a number of activities around greater Christchurch and Canterbury.
