TICKET REFUNDS

Ticket refund timelines:

If you purchased your tickets directly from

Ballantynes, City Council Civic Offices, iSite Cathedral Square, any Service Centres  or Ticketek Agencies  

Please send your tickets to:

IMPORTANT NOTE:  You must include your full name, address and phone number.

If you have sent your tickets back to this address we are currently working through these refunds but as they need to be done manually it is proving to be a very long process.  We are now in the final stages of sending out refunds requested before the 30th June and these should be recieved in the near future.

We do apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused, it has taken a lot longer than first anticipated to complete this process.

These refunds have been processed and credited back to the credit cards that made the original purchase, please check your statements for these entries between April 1st and May 17th.

VIA Ticketek Website or Ticketek Telephone Bookings

These refunds have been processed and credited back to the credit cards that made the original purchase, please check your statements for these entries between March 1st - 31st
